All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site and please do not submit any orders for products or services. The terms and conditions posted on this website, including the warranty policy, are public information and must be adhered to by anyone.
2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 Customer agrees that HG-Computers (EU) Ltd. is not liable for mismatched product pictures or mistakes in product information. HG-Computers (EU) Ltd. reserves the right to change products and specifications and those listed on the Site may not be current. Customer agrees to verify the specifications of each product with the order. HG-Computers (EU) Ltd. is only responsible for products named on the invoice.
2.2Customer agrees that shipping costs and expenses will not be refunded once we ship.
2.3 Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
2.4 You agree to be of legal age to purchase and/or use any product that must adhere to official or recommended age ratings.
2.5 It is the Customer’s responsibility to look over their email confirmation and make sure all shipping, billing and item purchased are correct. If you do not get an email confirmation, call us to see if the order went through. Do not submit multiple orders or you will end up paying full restocking and shipping fees.
2.6 Order cancellation will be accepted by phone with a sales representative or over the web (only before the order is processed). It cannot be done over leaving voice mails. You can confirm order cancellation by checking the order status online. Cancellation on orders already charged carries a 4.9% credit card processing cancellation fee. If an order has already been built but has not been shipped, there will be an additional 15% restocking fee which covers expenses for taking the system apart and re-stocking the hardware.
2.7 The Supplier will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that the Supplier is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the Supplier’s control. These events include acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, legislation or any acts by third party companies or individuals not either under contract to or employed by the Supplier.
3. Payment Terms:
3.1 Advertised prices are in EURO and unless otherwise noted, exclude shipping, handling and any taxes that may be imposed where you reside.
3.2 You agree that all information you provide to HG-Computers (EU) Ltd. will be accurate complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases.
3.2 There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
3.3 Payments shall be made by you without any deduction whether by way of set-off, counterclaim, discount, abatement or otherwise unless you have a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by the Supplier to you.
4. Shipping and Risk:
4.1 We ship to any physical address that the shipper/courier can ship to domestically or internationally.
4.2 You shall report any damage or shortage to the Supplier in writing within 2 working days of delivery.
4.3 Once an order is shipped, it is up to the shipper courier to deliver the products.If the shipper/courier loses the package, the shipper courier will put a tracer on the package. that take around 3 – 7 business days.We will not be able to ship out replacement packages until the shipper courier confirms that the package is lost/will not be delivered to its destination and they will reimburse us.
4.4 The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.
5. pricing errors:
Due to the fast pace of the computer industry, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to list the most accurate, up to the minute information. Despite our efforts, some items on our website may be miss-priced. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photographical, or technical error or error in pricing from our vendors, HG-Computers (EU) Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. You may also repurchase it for the correct price if you wish to.
6. Return policy:
HG-Computers (EU) Ltd. cannot offer a full refund for the purchase price of the product(s) unless there were issues such as defective hardware component(s) inside the computer such as a memory stick causing stability/performance issues. The returned merchandise must include its original packaging, manuals, and all accessories. All sales on software items are final. Opened accessories such as the monitor and speakers will not be refunded. HG-Computers (EU) Ltd. will not refund shipping costs and will not pay shipping for returning packages. Before making any return, back up all software and data and remove any personal information, confidential information or private content which you do not want viewed or used by any third party. HG-Computers (EU) Ltd. is not liable for lost data or misuse of data on computers that are returned for any reason. Please keep in mind that you must contact us directly before you attempt to return the product and must return the product to us in its original packaging.
7.1 All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7.2 This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier’s approval.
7.3 If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify the Supplier in writing via the e-mail address or fax number shown below within 2 working days.
8. Refused shipment:
Any product that HG-Computers (EU) Ltd. ships out to Customer comes back to HG-Computers (EU) Ltd. as refused delivery, Customer will subject to fees. A restock fee of 15% will be applied to computer system. Also, shipping fees sending the package to the Customer and receiving the package back from the Customer will not be refunded.
RMA’s should be send directly back to HG-Computers (EU) Ltd. address during the period of time of warranty, without returns Authorisation but on behalf of HG-Computers (EU) Ltd. invoice number and also with a short failure description. Costs for return are to pay by customers. · After HG-Computers (EU) Ltd. has received the faulty items, they surely will be checked. They either will get repaired, exchanged or credited for same value as purchased · DOA/transport damages must be stated by mail to the following email address account ( firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 working days after your warehouse has confirmed the delivery by a signature with our freight forwarder. After that period of time no claims for any damages caused during the delivery can be accepted.
